Delivery Information

Ignite provides standard shipping on all purchases at a flat rate of £5.96, with a delivery timeframe of 5 to 12 days. Alternatively, customers can select our expedited shipping service, ensuring delivery within 2 to 5 days. This service is calculated at the point of checkout. All purchases are eligible for the $5.96 shipping option, which delivers your orders within 5-12 days. For those requiring quicker delivery, we propose our expedited 2-5 day shipping service, available for an extra charge at checkout.

We make an effort to dispatch orders on the same day during weekdays, excluding holidays. Please be aware that orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the subsequent Monday.

Your purchases from Ignite will be shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging for your convenience. We regret to inform that we currently do not offer international shipping services.

If your product arrives damaged, broken, malformed, or melted, please get in touch with our customer service. Upon presenting reasonable evidence, we will be more than happy to issue a full refund or arrange a return.

Should you decide to cancel an order, kindly submit your request via email before the order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.

In the event your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we advise contacting your local USPS office and providing them with your tracking number.

Please understand that Ignite cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been handed over to the carrier. We lack control over the package after dispatch.

During periods of high order volume, delivery delays may occur. If your item arrives considerably later than expected, you might qualify for a partial refund, unless a delay notification was issued and cancellation options were presented.
